Zoom Game
Sunday, July 31, 2011
A fun and easy way to review/learn letters, colors and number words! I have included lower case letters, upper case letters, color words and number words to ten!
Directions:
1. Shuffle the enclosed word cards and place them face down in a pile.
2. Have students take turns taking a card, one at a time. If the student can read the word on the card, then they may keep the card.
3. If the student picks-up a ZOOM! card then they have to put all of their sight words back into the pile.
4. The student with the most sight word cards at the end of the game is the winner!
Have Fun!!

What a fun game and how nice of you too share! I truly appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI play a similar game called "Oh, No." Letters, sight words, or what skill you're focusing on is written on craft sticks, along with some "Oh, No" sticks. Students choose a stick, read it right, and keep it. Oh, NO makes them return all their sticks.
I love that ZOOM follows a similar format so they will be familiar.
Thanks!
This is brilliant! The possibilities are endless! Thanks for the awesome share!
ReplyDeleteThank you for making this for letter ID. I know I will have many kids who benefit from this game this year! :)
